• We aim to have your items delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
• There may be slight delays with orders placed over bank holiday weekends.
• We currently only usually deliver to the UK mainland. We can however deliver larger orders to Highlands & Islands.
• There may be cases where we run out of stock on a particular item. When this happens we will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.
• We will then be able to offer a suitible alternative for the product or cancel the order before any payment is taken from you. |

• Expensive items will be delivered by courier whereas lesser orders will usually be delivered by Royal Mail.
• For larger orders we will be able to provide you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. |

| • In very rare circumstances parcels may be lost in the post, these parcels will then be subject to Royal Mail or other claims procedure which can take up to 14 days. |

• You have the right to return any item bought from Morgans Gunroom.
• We only accept returns within 7 days and the buyer must pay for the return of the item.
• We will not deduct shipping costs from the refund.
